You need a ride-on for the kept areas around the house and a heavy-duty slasher for the paddocks, and you need someone who turns up and gets a big job done in a session. That is what we are set up for.

Fire-season fuel reduction.

Long, cured grass on a Nar Nar Goon block is fuel, and the CFA declares the Fire Danger Period for Cardinia Shire through the warmer months. The window to slash for fuel reduction is October to early December, once the spring growth has cured and before restrictions start. We cut the paddock down, create defendable space around the house, sheds and tanks, and keep the boundaries and tracks clear in line with CFA guidance, so you go into summer with a far safer property. Book the fire-season slash early so we get round everyone in time.

Fence lines, tracks and the kept areas.

Beyond the open paddock we knock back the long grass along fence lines, around the water tanks, sheds and house perimeter, keep the internal tracks and driveway passable, and ride-on mow the kept lawn near the house. If there is an established garden close in, we will tidy the hedges and shrubs and clear the beds while we are there.
